The living area is spacious with a comfortable sofa, TV, internet and a working fireplace. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and living area, a large terrace runs the length of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all mod.coms including oven, fridge, deep freeze etc… The large living area is separated from the main bedroom and bathroom, but has a well concealed bed to accommodate two people. The bathroom has a bathtub as well as a washing machine. The main bedroom has two beds and a large wardrobe. The bedding, bathroom and kitchen towels are included. There is a balcony and a garden for your enjoyment, and should you wish too you may also rent a garage.
Rental price:
Summer: Low season from CHF 65.–, High season from CHF 75.–,
Winter: Low season from CHF 80.-, High season from CHF 88.–,
Prices are for 2 people, each extra person costs CHF 5.- per night.
Separate costs include:
Cleaning: CHF 85.–
Cleaning of linen: All of the linen: CHF 20.– per person
Cleaning of linen: Bedding only: CHF 15.– pro Person
Optional rental of garage: CHF 5.– per night
Local taxes: CHF 3.50 per adult and CHF 1.75 per child aged 6 to 16, per day.
